We have set up the detail process standard of the sub-projects. ( main

safety etc.), 28 work table forms of A, B, C three types. We also
set up quality manual, process files, job files, system record tables etc.

The supervision team is at the spot permanently, works
synchronously with the spot construction. Every group at the spot has computers and
relative management software, and they can share the data with the LAN in
